Take 2: Pop Rock Solo - Beginner , Lesson By Stephane Lucarelli |

Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.
The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Original lesson: Pop Rock Solo - Beginner by Stephane Lucarelli
Hi - This is take #2. As directed, I've worked on the bend accuracy and changing the vibrato style to use the rock/blues style, not just the classical approach. On that subject - apart from doing this take more like Stephane's original - why is this important? If they sound the same, what difference does the technique make? In some cases, high E-string for example, it is just easier to use classical vibrato - side to side, not up and down etc. Anyway, I've tried to do this take like Stephane's original and use side to side vibrato where he is using it, (although I notice he does throw in some classical stuff too along the way...). So - here it is! Hope it's a pass! Thanks for watching! :) Z.
