The Heart Of A Musician
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
A lonely piano in a thunderstorm
With lonely hands at the keys
Striking all the notes of sorrow
To which his tired heart sings
“The rain falls hard, Like rocks from the sky
The percussive beat to my musical sigh
Slowly time flows on, with each note that rings
Slowly my soul bleeds dry, Devoid of everything”
The music from the heart of one without hope
Strangely beautiful, A pain we’ll never know
The strings of violin, The tears from his eyes
The crescendo of pain, The musicians demise
SOLO
The harp cries out, And his heart grows empty still
The sadness of his life, A hole nothing can seem to fill
But with every song, that comes to his head
One step closer, to ending his feelings of dread
“The guitars bleed out my notes of salvation
Slowly this sorrow, Becomes a beautiful creation
With music as a light to be my guide
Through this pain and hurt, I will fight”
And so it all ends, On a note ever so high
The composer comes to the stage, The music beating in his mind
With guitar in hand, He gazes out to the crowd
The first chord rings loud, And from his heart passion spills out
The heart of a musician, Beats ever so sound© Brett Windnagle, 2008

Ok, so basically this song is basically how about I've always relied on music as something that I always can confide in, Just put in story form.
A Man goes through some terrible tragedy (You decide what it is), And this documents his redemption through him writing out his experience in the form of music.
