one of randy rhoads main influences in music although he played metal he incorporated classical as much as possible. personally he's my faveriot guitarist which is why i spent my first year learning classical here's a song i wrote sadly there are some mistakes in this.. i'm camera shy, everytime i play while recording i mess up like theres no tomarrow so this is my best version, although at a few points i speed up where i shouldnt and just mess up the bends, a few slides, and prolong a few chords blink.gif

Just a suggestion - when recording a song for others to hear/see it - you should definitely make it with backing track because otherwise it just sounds like improvising all the way. smile.gif

If you want to make your own tracks (and it sounds like you have a lot of ideas) then you need something a little better than a webcam to do your recording.

You should check out programs like Cubase that allow you to set up an entire recording studio on your PC, and multitrack everything in a cleanly recorded way. You will also need some hardware to get the sound into your computer, but this is fairly cheap these days and would make a great birthday or christmas present. Check out the Line 6 Pod range for starters - there are many others.

This will allow you to record some rythym guitar, a sequenced drum track and maybe some Bass as a backing for your lead, and you will see that your ideas will come to life and sound a lot more professional. There is a lot to learn here, but it is immensely satisfying and a lot more rewarding than just sitting in your room and shredding - for starters, you can make CDs of your music and hand them out amongst your friends smile.gif
