Rules
Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.
The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Original lesson: Ballad soloing - Dynamics & Phrasing #2 by Darius Wave
It's been almost 5 months of practicing primarily just this piece daily, but I believe I've finally managed to conquer it. I hope so, because I just can't play it any more, it's time to move on to something fresh. I think learning this lesson is probably my greatest achievement here at GMC thus far, it was very challenging. Thanks to Darius for the lesson, Gabe for the motivation, and for all your instructor feedback here. --------------------  |
