I came across a really simple exercise that will help with ear training, memorization of the fretboard, and your singing voice.
Start on your Low E string and SING "Eeee", hold it for a second or two. Then move to the first fret and SING "Effffff", hold it for a second or two. Rinse and repeat all the way down the fretboard to the 12th fret.
When beginning, say accidentals as sharps on the way up, and flats on the way down. When you are comfortable with this, switch it.
When you can do one 'round', defined as once up, and once down on a string, comfortably and fluently, move the next string.
Do not strain your voice to match the exact note you are playing. Sing in whichever octave you are most comfortable in and switch octaves as necessary.
Luc's lessons are for working your vocal chords and extending your range, this isn't designed for that!
