Hi guys in the last video chat I was showing you stretching exercises it is very important to stretch and warm up every time before playing I had a hand injury a few years ago because I wasn't taking it seriously and it took a long time to fully recover so be very careful!

do it for 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after practice and you will see huge improvement in your technique
