What do you guys think on this logo I designed for my band Aria? We like it a lot but I was curios to know what GMC thinks as well!

I like both awesomely! Especially the black and white. So will you have two logos for different backgrounds?
How did you design them? |

well, I made a sketch with pencil on paper and then gave them to my friend with whom I'm making websites with and he re-created it up in Adobe Indesign/ Illustrator I believe 
I like the red on white one better! And yes, I do believe they shall be used for different backgrounds!
