Tutorial Backing Tracks

I would like to burn them to CD so I can play along without sitting behind my PC.(upstairs in my living room for example where there is no PC) I do not know if this is against the rules(might be) If so please let me know this, if not where and how and where can I get them? The reason i'm not 100% sure about but i think it's to do with Kris wanting members to practice using the GMC site.
