Practising time

When is the best time to practise??? My dad says the best tme to practise in in the morning but I always practise from around 5 pm till around midnight............. So when should I be practisin????

Practcing both early and late is great - because it makes you pick up the guitar and get warmed up at least twice per day. Resulting in twice the progress? biggrin.gif
