I like it man. I think you have a good groove here, and I happen to value that above technique - so you did great in my opinion! Technically you should probably work on those bends and vibrato, since that's pretty much what this kind of guitar blues is about, bends...

Phrasing-wise I think this is a bit plain - there are no climaxes or easier parts, so I kind of end up missing the point in this piece. Though you did mention already that you didn't plan this beforehand. Just something to remember, that's all.
