I think it’s pretty much something you decide with the instructor but to my own experience (as a pupil here) a webcam will be necessary to be able to present your performance to the instructor, as a recorded clip. We’re not interacting “live” but my instructor posts a lesson as text/tab/sound file/ and I post my webcam take after I spent some time practicing and feel I have a good result. Then he comments on it.
You’ll get a private space in the forum. Weather 8 is too young or not, knowing my own boys I think it all depends on your kid. Is he mature enough to be frequent with new lessons and practice and does he have his own engine to keep him going? I think you’d be asking for trouble if you put yourself in a position where you’re the driver and the lessons are because you want it. Be if he’s keen on it, why not have a shot at it to see how it goes? -------------------- My bands homepage

Dont force a lot of theory and stuff on him if he doesnt care about it Yes I think that's very important and good advice! It's the bets way to kill creativity |
