Tendonitis, seperate question |
I hate to bother you because I know you are busy but I recently read the forum about Tendonitis and it said that you had it. Well, I just got it because I had bad posture, and played for long periods of time with no breaks. I searched all over google to see when its ok to start playing again and it said it was okay to play when you have no pain. Well here is my question. My pain is no longer stinging/burning pain that runs from wrist to my elbow to my shoulder. My wrist just gets really stiff and my fingers lose all their energy in about 30 minutes. Since you went through the same thing, I was wondering how did you recover from your tendonitis and did u ever have a stiff wrist? If so, did you play with a stiff wrist or did you wait until that went away to start playing?
