excellent
I really liked that. The dynamics and phrasing are perfect. I would never have guessed it was improvised, great job Monica.
Thank you very much Bleez
I'm happy to hear that you didn't guessed that was improvised. It's always awesome and helpful for me to see my playing through people's eyes

Monica, that was......
BADASS.
Playing around with picking dynamics really makes a huge difference and you demonstrate that perfectly, well done
Ben, thank you so much and I really appreciate that you listened my take
It's great to hear your opinion because I know you care about details in playing. I see this in every take of yours and the fact that every note from your videos exudes perfection no matter how fast is the playing, tell lots about you

Hi Monica, this video is great. You playing is so tasty and I can really note a good improvement in your playing regarding dynamics, phrasing and feeling. It's very inspiring to see how you are developing your guitar playing and the fact that you are focusing on elements that many guitarists usually forget or give less importance during the learning process. Dynamics, tone, phrasing, articulation, for example are as important as technique and notes (scales, harmony), and we usually dedicate more time to practice technique and learning scales than to the other ones.
Great and inspiring video! Thanks and congrats!
Gab you know my playing from the first day since I came in GMC. Your opinion it's important for me because you always can say exactly if I made an improvement or not. This is a big advantage for me and I know you judge a playing from all points of view. Thank you a lot my friend for your kind words and support

Awesome Monica - lots of 'tastiness' in here. It's obvious you're still working very hard - and I am really excited to see where you will take this.
I personally think that by focusing on the expressive sides of your playing rather than the technical, you will work yourself to pro level much faster. In order for you to really make in imprint you must get into producing your own backings (and arranging etc) - you will then be able perfectly match songs with your melodic intuition to create a powerful end product. (You could of course also go the traditional road with irl bands, demos etc)
Thanks for keeping us in the loop!
Kris I must thank you twice
First one for your kind words and your constant support and the second because when you posted your recording over Javier's backing, you told me "I am dying to hear a fresh recording of yours" and this was the first impulse to decide myself to make a new video
I guess you have right and maybe it's time to play over my own backings and arrangements. Lately I had in mind to make this thing but....."I want more from my playing" mood doesn’t leave me alone.
To be honest because I’m never satisfied about my playing, to convince myself to post this video I asked and said to Darek for many times: "do you think it's a good improv?", “ to post this vid or to keep this only for our practice?”, "I don't want to post a shit", "I can make another one", "what things should I polish?", "do you like this improv?", "if you don't like something please tell me and I will make another one", " I feel it's not good enough",etc. After he stopped me, explained me many things and put me back with the feet on the ground, in the day when I made the video I changed a lick in improv because I thought it's much tasty. So...this is me lately
Also it happen something that I don't understand. When I start to play at guitar and I had million mistakes in a take, I had lots of friends around me. Now with every video that I make and you guys as instructors tell me that I make a constant progress and I also feel this, I started losing friends. It’s a weird feeling which creates me an uncomfortable mood and raise many questions in my mind.
