Hi.
I know what's the problem and believe me, when you play thirds in sequences ascending and descending there is no the right fingering, you should use fingering that feels most comfortable to you. You can use one finger to fret 2 strings (B and G) or you can slip a finger "bellow" another finger, do whatever feels more natural to you. It's the curse of standard guitar tuning where you have perfect 4th interval between all neighbor strings except B and G, there's major 3rd. -------------------- Youtube
