Inexpensive Guitar

Thinking about saving for another guitar but I am curious about price. Are there any good guitars in the $300 - $400 (US) price range? If there are, what are they? I know I'm going to get what I pay for but I don't want to throw away money. I have an Ibanez GSA60 (I think it's the cheapest electric Ibanez makes). Cheap guitar, but for the cost, it's fine. If I cannot see a substantial difference in the way my next guitar is, I'll just stick with it. Thanks!
