I've been working a little (or more) on your Alternate Picking 16th Notes lesson ( https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/solo-guit...note-exercises/ )
Yesterday I finally managed to hit 1 whole measure of one of the licks at 160 BPM.  I can play the whole thing in the mid-140's, but I figured I just focus on one measure and see if I couldn't up the speed a little and work outward from there. It worked. Now if I can get the whole thing up to 160 BPM, I'll be happy.
