http://www.all-guitar-chords.com/guitar_sc...=0&choice=1 Here ya go, basically it's just a Phyrgian with a major 3rd. And it is also the 5th mode of harmonic minor. So if know the harmonic minor it should not be hard to transpose it -------------------- my "Thank you GMC!" video

http://www.all-guitar-chords.com/guitar_sc...=0&choice=1 Here ya go, basically it's just a Phyrgian with a major 3rd. I feel extremly dumb asking this, I'm not good in theory (AT ALL!) so when you say major 3rd what do you mean? Is he Phrygian Major the same thing as the Phrygian Dominant (yet again feelin' kinda dumb ) -------------------- Gear

I haven't heard of Phrygian Major tho it might be an alternative
name for Phrygian Dominant. Anyhow, here's E Phrygian: E F G A B C and D And here is E Phrygian Dominant: E F G# A B C and D. You are noticing G# note here, that is major 3rd interval if you look from root note which is note E,from E to G# that's major 3rd interval. In Phrygian you have minor 3rd,note is G and from E to G you have minor 3rd. You are always counting intervals in scale starting from root note/compared with root note. Hope this helps. -------------------- Youtube
