Duplicating Pavel's Picking

I have hit a stumbling block on lessons like Pavel's Hand control lesson. And that is keeping the correct picking as I move around. Doing in in scales is one thing but this is another. Every time the pattern appears to start over the "or my" tendency is to start with the down stroke every time, But this is wrong.

I know that I need to just practice it more to get his true alternate picking down but I like to see progress a tad faster than I am seeing. I set out this afternoon to try and get past this obstacle so I can go ahead and work on speed a little more. I have been doing the tab below and will for several more hours till I can get the speed up on it. Because,,, if I can not play this fairly fast I have no business working on his control lesson.

As a member I like to pass along things that are helping me. I know most of you do not have trouble keeping the alternation picking going when you move your pattern "that has only one note per string" around.

I know , I know, us newbies are a pain in the doobies

Typo the last 7 in the first measure should be a 9 simple fingering to get the picking down
