Sweet Melody, Lesson By Stephane Lucarelli |
|
Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.
The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Hi Juan! Nice choice!
I can see that you are playing the whole lesson clean and with the right timing which is not a small thing. As Kris and Todd said, you have a great base but you need to work on some expression techniques in order to take your guitar playing to a new level. This techniques or elements are: - Vibrato: Try to make it from your wrist, stronger and more regular. - Bending: Practice this technique to reach the pitches smoothly. - Articulation: Work on the length of the notes sound and the shape of its attack and decay. - Dynamics: Intensities. - Tone: Kris has already explained this topic in his video. You can explore a lot about this topics at GMC, and we will work on them at the mentoring thread. So let me know if you have any question there. Keep going! -------------------- My lessons
