This is almost a right of passage among shredders. There are just wads of folks doing covers of this tune on youtube. If you have a version please to share smile.gif Here is the progenitor of many shreddy bands to follow, RACER X with legendary shred monster Paul Gilbert doing the song LIVE way way back when. The drummer is rushing just a bit as drummers sometimes do and as a result, a crazy complicated song is made even more difficult to play. To their credit, the guys keep up just fine. Some players just don't have a speed limit and Paul and Bruce are two of them.

Here is Paul Gilbert playing it at a much more sane pace may years later but without Bruce to provide guitar harmony.

of course the set is not complete without the LISA X video of said same from when she was 8 years old. This is one of those that made some players just put down the instrument. Others found it motivating. Whaddya think? Her version is not perfect, but still pretty darn good for any player at that age.

Nicely done! This is a great example of the solo. It's a very complicated bit of music that is part prog part yngwie. Well played!
