Seems the topic work here is done, but if you are willing to read im willing to share some of my warm-up secrets. One drill that i use for warming my left hand (very much thumb) with goes like this; I take 2 random chordshapes, 2 ones i feel like practicing,(often one i know but are not comfertable with and one completely new), I use a clean setup on the amp and a slow metronome beep (60-90 something).

Then i play the chord-shapes at 1/4 speed, (at every metronome click) struming shape 1 at the first click and shape 2 at the second click, and then again shape 1 at the 3rd click but this time played 1 whole step higher up on the neck, and shape 2 at the 4th click, also one wholestep higher. Think ure getting me there, work it up the whole neck and around the 12th fret somwhere reverse it and move the shapes down one step for each click and when you are back where you started you start going up again.

I find this great for learning new shapes, learning to switch shapes faster and for warming up my fingers
