Well last week I made the decision to shell out some real cash and buy a quality guitar, and boy am I glad I did. I just recently got my Ibanez RG 2550e and I am in love with it! This is definitely the easiest guitar to play that I own, the neck is so fast and smooth I can see myself never using another brand again. I just recently got into the whole shred/metal guitar genre and I really am upset that I didn't do it earlier. For the longest time I was always anti-Ibanez and thought they were real gimmicky guitars, but I was truly wrong. You can definitely tell the difference between this guitar and a mid level guitar ($300-$600), the craftmanship by team J.Craft is amazing. Well enough rambling, i'd just like to thank everyone that made suggestions, especially Andrew who recommended this specific model. I can also do a full review of this guitar if you guys would like. Thanks again, here's some pics that I took.

Congrats, that's a cool guitar - the one I would have got if I hadn't gone mad for the Jem - we'd love a review of it please!
