'forbidden' Notes Options

How do you find those 'forbidden' notes that make a solo sound cool in an odd way?

If you got the time... wanna check this out?This is something I improvised. It's s**t... I know. I need to improve my improv.

I just don't know where to start... People have given me tips, but it's overkill you know. I have so much information that I don't know what to use. Maybe finding forbidden notes is a good start?

Another thing: do you believe in a higher force? Like God or LOA? You really have something special about you and most of the time I see that in people who believe in something. I'm sorry if that sounds gay it's not my intention!
