Hi Muris,

Since I can play this lesson for a while now at 100 bpm , I decided to recreate the backing track at 110 bpm and 120 bpm , and I wanted to ask you 2 things.

1) The chord progression for the minor part is : cminor fminor D#major A#major ?

2) Is it ok if I share the backings on the forum ?

Thanks.

Progression is 80% fine (except D# chord)
but names are kind a weird,
it's still just diatonic, key of Cm and it should go like this:
Cm,Fm,Ab and Bb.

And you can share it if you wish, I'm fine with that. smile.gif

Hey Coffeeman:
Nice work on getting up to 100bpm with this exercise.

May I ask what your approach was towards achieving this? ...and how long it may have taken?
I've been working on speed and unfortunately not getting too far with it. Actually getting a little down and out about it since my left hand dexterity seems to outpace my right. I work with a metronome and push my limits every day. Each day, my warm up almost seems to take longer.

Is it normal that getting from an easy 80bpm on this exercise to only 90bpm should take several months? I've been playing for years and only recently have I been able to practice two hours per day. But since joining GMC, have been very diligent about practicing my AP. Sorry to be such a bummer here, but hey, this is the best place to talk about how to get better eh?

Again good work on your progress, and I hope to be taking advantage of your 110 and 120 BPM backing tracks at some point. smile.gif
