I get 30min to 1hr usually. With a house, dog, girlfriend, going to the gym, FT job, roommate and sleep it's hard to find time. sad.gif

I wish I would have stuck with guitar when I was younger. To all the young GMC folks; stick with it! You'll be happy you did when your 28 or older shreading like mad. ;-)

Anywhere from 25 to 73 1/2 hours a day. Depends on my schedule.

laugh.gif But really, probably about 3 to 5 hours. It varies a lot depending on what I'm doing, but on an average day, probably about 4 hours.

QUOTE (Pavel @ Nov 12 2007, 04:34 PM) *
I must admit - 2-3 hours is top i can dedicate to guitar these days. University is pushing it to the edge with all the homework and stuff to be done, and i am also rearranging my room so it is more comfortable to work with the video recording. Yesterday i hit the store to get some decent light setup and all i saw was "Inventory" (i hope it's the right word in English) on the door - GRRRR. Today i got some halogen lights to make my videos even better and right now i have to hit the JAVA DEVELOPER to do the homework for tomorrow. I guess there will be no guitar at all for today sad.gif

Yes, the word is definitely 'inventory'. Inventory counts and verifications are very common in most organizations, especially manufacturing. We don't typically feel the pain of not being able to purchase something due to 'inventory' at retail stores in the U.S. If store hours are for instance 9am - 10pm, then they would take care of all the counting after business hours to 1. Not upset the customer, since I think it is poor customer service not to be open during regular business hours. and 2. To not lose revenue.

Inventory certainly needs to be performed regularly to make sure of what you think you have on hand is accurate, but it should not done at the expense of the customer. Sorry you had to go through that! I would have been extremely upset if I had made a special trip for something specific and the store was closed.

Oh, I hope you didn't hit the Java Developer too hard, you never know when you will need it again wink.gif laugh.gif
