All the sports I do and of course playing the guitar put a lot of strain on my joints. I only play the instrument as a hobby anyway and not actively in a band. Therefore, I will step back a bit in this area so that I can still do my other hobbies. I'm now at an age where slowly one and the other starts to hurt.
