So I've been using the Kemper for a few months now, I'm blown away by it. My valve amps are all covered in dust and cobwebs nowadays! Anyone using it?

There are several KEMPER guys here @ GMC smile.gif I'm don't own a unit but I must say how impressed I've been by the technology and the sound quality. Just an amazing device. Like having every amp you could ever imagine, or that's every going to be built, just there at your fingertips. As new amps come out, new profiles get made and uploaded to the kemper site. So in theory, any amp ever created can be profiled and loaded in your Kemper. That's powerful technology.

Exactly, scary technology. They just brought out a rackmount version with a 600w poweramp too, which I'm dying to test out

I'm a Kemper holdout but I am caving more each day...

I don't want to admit my stable of tube amps could be replaced so easily...I just don't!

I started a thread about that new rack version a few days ago. The kemper seems to be somewhat divisive among players. I don't have one, and may never, but I do appreciate the technology and tone to a HUGE degree. Maybe I'd be less of a fan boy if I had expensive tube amps to mss smile.gif I'm a big fan of moddeling so all my amps are in software.
