Learn Piano?

I allready have a keyboard at home on which I think I can practice like playing the piano? But now I want to find a site or a book or something from where I can learn it, preferably in Dutch because thats my main language but if its in English it's also good. Can someone help me. And because on this moment I dont have that much money to spend I want to take something that isnt that expensive. I recommend a few classes for beginners that I found in youtube: www.youtube.com/watch?v=oNQqe7mGlyQ&feature=related And simultaneously to study of several books of classic music or jazz. for example: Beyer op 101, Burmuller or Czerny op 599.
