They are slowly going away, one by one. Yet some of them are still with us. Back in the day, a pro studio was the way folks recorded music. The democratizing effect of technology has changed that. Still, the big pro studios do have things that are tough to replicate in a home studio. They have killer mics, BIG recording rooms, experienced engineers, etc. So what is it like to work at one of these places?
