Yes, you must change them both that the same time, if you don't, the pickup conformity police will smash your door down at 3 in the morning and take you away to a work camp in the frozen tundra. that's right But if you still want to get only the bridge pu it's of course not a problem techincally, it may fit nicely with the neck pickup ot it may not. But there's absolutely not a problem besides the conformity police that fkalich mention -------------------- My bands homepage

I want the nice sound of Angus (or something like it) is it good to buy the Angus pickup?
Is it good "enough"? |

It will make a difference, that's for sure. FIrst upgrade the bridge and then if you like it, upgrade the neck too.

You mean don't have the money for the bridge?
PS you dont' really need to buy signature pickup. Trust me, this is not the pickup that will make you sound like Angus. I would go for some cheaper Seymor Duncan alternatives. If you ask me - you won't notice the difference on your guitar. -------------------- - Ivan's Video Chat Lesson Notes HERE

The original Gibson Pickups are far superior to the epiphone ones, so a change will for sure improve your sound.
