I am there from opening at 9am until about 2pm, after that it gets really crowded and it's no longer fun-.- When it's full of people you can't get autographs from all the artists anymore because you would have to wait in line for hours and also it's nearly impossible to try anything out at the booths or get a good view at the clinics...

Why the hell do you need a place to sleep there Chast?!?! You live like an hour and a half away from Frankfurt!!!

Do you have to feed the stereotype of the drinking German tongue.gif

I can only recommend the Musikmesse Frankfurt to everyone, it is the European NAMM show but it's not only for insiders but for public visitors too!!! You can see and try all the upcoming gear, talk to the makers themselves and also see a lot of famous artists playing and signing autographs!

Last year I bumped into Slayer's Kerry King and apologized for stepping on his foot^^ I also saw Jeff Loomis, Paul Gilbert and Matthias IA Ekhlund playing Clinics and other musicians like Michael Schenker or Slash signing autographs...

There are many famous artists there! This could also happen:

Zakk: Hi Muris, I am Zakk Wylde
Muris: Ahh from GMC!
Zakk: What the hell is GMC? I am Ozzy Osbourne's Guitarist!
