Good news kind of ruined by impending signs of doom this week.

Good news was that I should be getting my mixing console and DAW back in the next 10 or so days smile.gif .

Bad news is that my wife says the muppet* of a pc tech she uses HAS been fiddling with the pc again sad.gif mad.gif . He's had the back off and removed the sound cards and installed some hardware and software but I've yet to find out what dry.gif .

I hate him, I really do and I don't normally hate people but for him I'll make an exception unsure.gif .

Cheers,
Tony

Would you like to borrow one of my Shock-Robot-Puppies? Just turn it on, throw it at the tech and he will be taking a nap for a while, you can put him on a boat and send him to Jamaica.

Tnx Animosity but I'll do more then just stick him on a boat to Jamaica if he's touched it mad.gif .

The idea of a Shock-Robot_puppy sounds good generally though - might keep one of our badly behaved kittens in line -well at least until the vet comes calling to see him next week. And is he in for a shock then tongue.gif . He won't get to sit down for at least a day laugh.gif .

Cheers,
Tony

I've been thinking of buying a new guitar. Maybe a schecter. There are a couple of dealers in my region. smile.gif

But as usual after visiting the stores, there are no lefty models in stock blink.gif

What am i supposed to do, start my own store if I want to try a lefty guitar? mad.gif

I was about to post this in another thread here, but it was locked before I got a chance to hit the "Add Reply" button, so I will vent here about people stealing software:
mad.gif I am a software developer, this is how I make my living and feed my family; so this type of attitude (stealing software saves me money and doesn't hurt anyone) really upsets me. Stealing is stealing. Would you snatch a purse from an old lady? Would you car jack someone? Do you steal from Grocery and Department Stores? It's all the same. It may come as a shock to you, but not all software is produced by huge multi-million dollar companies like Microsoft; most of it comes from average guys like me who put in very long hours, and work extremely hard only for people to f*****g steal it. mad.gif

heres another thing that makes me mad.....

why does the pilot of a plane say that you can roam freely around the plane when your going 500 mph and 30,000 feet off the ground but when your taxi-ing on the ground at 1mph he tells you to say in your seat for your own safety?
