Thanks for the comments Gab! I know what you mean about that second phrase which is why I changed the ending to each of the three parts. I need to work at working more variety into things.

Hi guys! This is the final mix of this nice tune that we created together! I’m impressed of how the quality of GMC collabs increase constantly and the good point of this one is that everybody put “tasty playing” as the priority here. Thanks for rocking this one guys!

This is the final mix: [attachment=31112:Dub_Coll...inal_Mix.mp3]

Some comments:

Ak Rich:
You are a master of the clean guitar solos. Your solo is beautiful and your tone so arm and professional. Every phrase fits perfect over the backing. Thanks for your take mate!

Gitarrero:
I love the wah effect that you added to this solo. It fits perfectly with the style and the phrases that you played. I hear your solo and I think that it’s perfect! Thanks for this tasty take!

GregC:
Your solo has very strong Hendrix vibes and that’s why I love it. I like those double strings licks combined with 16th notes ideas. Your solo evolved very well over the backing and also let me add that your tone sounds great for this style. Thanks a lot for joining!

Jouve:
Your tone sounds very “Stratocaster” on this one! I like it! It’s fantastic to see you improving your guitar playing and musical ear. You played this one very good and the notes choice is very tasty.
Keep on rocking!

Mroberts:
I am happy to have Joe Satriani as a guest on my collab! That tone is very “Surfing with the alien” man! I love it! Also your guitar playing remembers me to Satch on this one. You did a great job! Thanks a lot mate!

Patrik Berg:
Nice playing Patrik! You used a cool reverb on this one and it gives it a surfer vibe. I like how you used silences as part of your solo. Every phrase sounds great on your solo, you did a very nice job. Thanks a lot!

Sensible Jones:
Great take mate! You tone and playing sound very professional. I like a lot the first part of your solo, I also like the second one idea but I think that the long pattern is a bit repetitive. Maybe you could play it less times. By the way you solo sounds good. Thanks!

Vonhotch:
I heard this solo many times at army’s thread so I can follow it with my voice. I really like what you composed for this one! Keep on working on your tone! Thanks mate!

WeePee:
Good take for ending this fantastic collab! I think that you divided very well the two sections of this solo. I use to compose solos for my bands in this way. First octave chords melodies and finally a solo. Your tone sounds good and your playing is perfect. Great job!
