Half of a hamburger bun toasted with cheddar cheese, glass of Orange juice. Fat and Sugar - the 2 basic food groups.

About half a pint of soured lactose free milk, some watermelon, a big cup of coffee with milk and an Oreo cookie. Oh some homemade currant juice as well.
