Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

First of all, you've got a great one happening here.. in fact it's almost exactly the same as Diego's?? Maybe you've got his patch I think you've got a good, dynamic approach to this lesson. Not all the chords are played at the same velocity which is a good thing. However, it can also have a downside because some chords sound too quiet to me and I felt the chord voicings really needed to be strummed cleanly so they ring out more. I'd say that the chord work is mostly good, although some are quiet. The extra notes that link the chords are the main weak point. They don't also come through clearly, especially during that ascending movement from 0:33. I think what's happening is that the fretting finger isn't in place ready before you pick the note. If you watch it back you can see the finger is slightly late to the party there so you're getting the 2nd note of each shape coming through but not the first. Good tone choise and overall touch. There are some timing problems with faster chord changes and the chord right after these. Another observation is a clarity of chords - they sound good - each one alone, but you need to work it out so they would be reasonably even volume-wise. No all of them cut through the mix properly.
