Thought some of you might like whats going on in the video;



I'm guessing these can also be acheved with some vsti (there is more synth. vsti freeware than any other as far as I know). I've never been much of a creative fx guy but always curious to learn if anyone feels like sharing his/her results.

As you might imagine, I do a lot of that. This song does a lot of FSU, especially in the breakdown starting around 2:20 where I run the guitars through a variety of modulated analog-style filters, choppers, and delays.
