Hi Cael! Great to see that your band plan is getting real!
 There are many ways to manage this. We don't share the rehearsal room with other bands so we just use a Whatsup group to arrange rehearsals, but we also have weekly days and times when we usually rehearse. For other things like press interiews, events, and concerts, we use Google Calendar. There our managers schedule the events and it appears in our cellphones calendars. Regarding files, photos, songs in progress and other things, we use Google Drive. -------------------- My lessons
