Which Tone Port do you have?

I have the Guitar Port and from what I read at line6 they are similar. You just hook up the device with the usb cable and your pc should recognize it as a sound card. Then you just plug in your guitar, start gear box and off you go. There may be some drivers that need to be installed depending on your set up but it is fairly easy to do. There are manuals available here but you do have to set up an account to access them. There are also some quick set up guides here that do not reguire an account as far as I can tell.

If I am way off someone who has the TP will straighten me out I am sure. ;-)

Headphone input directly to your speakers I'd imagine, you'd need a 1/8 to 1/8 cable, but i could be wrong.

Yes, I forgot I had mine hooked up this way at one time, and it works fine. USB cable from the port to your pc. Plug in your speakers where the headphone jack is. Now your Tone Port is your sound card. I mean if they work the same as the Guitar Port.
