Saving Your Favorite Lessons

I know I can save the link in a folder on my computer, but is it possible to have a little place within my profile or something where I can store lessons I can't get to when I'm too busy at my darned day job? Maybe a button to click when checking out a new lesson and it saves it somewhere.??
