I'm building my ultimate tone (that's the plan anyway ) I'm still watching that thread. I've been looking into that myself for a little while now and came across your adventure by accident. I'm almost convinced at this point to get something like Orange's TinyTerror for now and maybe wait to spend some time learning how to not get myself killed building an amp. -------------------- Guitars: ESP Semi-Hollow Eclipse, 1984 Ibanez Roadstar RS440, Peavey T-60, Daisy Rock Rock Candy Custom
Amps: Peavey Transformer 112, Epiphone Valve Jr head with custom 2x12 cab Pedals: Boss TU-2, Budda Bud-Wah, Chuck Collins Harmonic Percolator clone |

I'm always looking for a better tone, I've never been completely content with my tone, but I'm constantly changing things, improving it a little at a time. I don't think I'll ever find that tone until I get some better equipment, but I'm working on it! I'm gonna miss that guy... Well, I guess he doesn't need that JEM anymore... Be right back. *Leaves to steal Andrew's JEM* Woooaaahh, passed out there - did someone say Jem ???? -------------------- Check out my Instructor profile

Hahahahaha how uncomfortable is that guitar???
On topic: i bought Digitech DF-7 and that was the sound i wanted, although it took me some time to experiment with all the settings available on it. Anyway i know i will be buying a new amp so i am reayd for another tone change.
