Thanx again guys!
I'm really glad you like this series
Odd and cool
Cool Love those exotic sounding lessons
Cool stuff Ramiro!
cool & exotic
Wicked.
I am really enjoying this series of lesson man, keep them coming!
This series is epic so far... And it's nice to see an orange T-shirt... it means that it must be hot there while there is hardly 18 degrees celsius in my room...
PS: Ramiro, if it's not a problem, could you indicate the chords of the BT on the screen (main video)? I mean, in the upcoming lessons. I know it's in the text and you do a workout of it every time, but it would be much easier to follow the solo and the phrases with these chords in the corner of the screen...
Thanx guys!
Nazgul: Yeap, there is a Harmonic Major
Pedja: That's right mate!
Cool lesson Ramiro!
Great use of this scale Ramiro well done
One of my favorite scales Ramiro. Works great for Dom7b9 chords
There is a Harmonic Major Scale? Very interesting stuff!
Hi GMC! Welcome once again to the Exotic Scales series and to the second part of the Harmonic Major scale. In this lesson we will see the application of the scale. I composed a solo so you can get ideas, patterns, arpeggios and different things to start approaching this new scale sound.
The techniques used in this lesson are:
- Tapping
- String Skipping
- Legato
- Sweeping
I hope you have fun playing the solo and you can make one of your own. If you do please post it so we can discuss about.
I hope you enjoy the lesson!
Here is the chord progression: Cmaj7- Dm7(b5)- Fm maj7- Cmaj7- B°7- Abmaj7 (#5)- E7 (#9)- G7(b9)- Cmaj7.
