Haven't been on in a while, finally got around to seeing this. Damn, sounds just like something they'd do on Epica. Thanks so much for taking up the request again Lian. Can't wait to see more.

Very cool lesson and perfectly in style. Well done
Killer band! My favourite albums are "Dominion" (1997) and "Ghost Opera" (2007). I used to listen to them in 1997, then I forgot them and now I chekc their last album again. I amazed of their evolution. The last album is killer but I love Dominion's songs.
Great lesson Lian and superb quality!
Kamelot!! One of my favourites in power metal! Love them! Fantastic lesson Lian! Keep it up!
Marek - Karma is very great and so is The Fourth LEgacy
WOOOOOOOOW!
Killer lesson Lian! very useful In the style.
Great lesson Lian! You nailed it perfectly.
I just discovered Kamelot last year but quickly fell in love and have a personal belief that they are a very underrated band that deserves much more exposure.
Marek, check out their latest two albums - The Black Halo and Ghost Opera. Also their double-disc DVD titled One Cold Winter's Night: Live is a must for anyone who likes this kind of music.
I didn't know that band, have to check it out now !
Great lesson as always btw
Ahhh the good old epic/powermetal, brings me to high school days, love it, great lesson
The solo part has a great melody!
I have only one album of this band - Epica, listened to it quite much few years ago, but forgot about the band completely. Which record of theirs You would recommend? The lesson sounds great:)
Hi everybody, welcome to a new lesson.
This time, I was requested to do a lesson in the style of Kamelot!
This band´s awesome. They play a sofisticated power metal, that I really like it.
To start this series I based this lesson on my favourite songs from the album called EPICA.
So, I hope you find interesting this lesson and also this awesome band if you still don´t know them.
In this first edition, will see an intro, a melodic line or a chorus part, a verse line, and an ending.
Many thanks to the members who requested this lesson at my board: Mychandrael, Audiopaal, Sygma7, Jer.
Take the lesson step by step and ask me if you need any help.
