  • Hi GMC! This lesson is related to the previous percussive guitar lesson. Here I created a tune in the style of Justin King, a great player in this style. One significant difference between this lesson and the Erik Mongrain one is that here I played the guitar in the traditional way, even I've played like a classical guitar player would. I use some traditional techniques but also I played some slap guitar and tapping.

    The tuning (from low to high) is: DADGAD.
    You can check the previous lesson to read about the importance of the tuning in this kind of pieces. Also in that lesson I've mentioned some other players in this style, you could check them.

    I hope you'll enjoy learning this lesson as much I've enjoyed making it.
