Hi Jessy, Emir emphasises the major sixth in his very last note - giving the hole solo a dreamy ending!
Hey ! I don't understand why you don't play the major sixth of the dorian mode (C#).
Someone may explain to me ?
Wonderfull Lesson, Thx Emir
Interesting melody!
Hey, Emir... (Noob Question) When You put the chords up in the top corner, is that the chord your playing in the backing track or the chord shape your etching out with your frasing?
I love the bluesy licks.
Nice one.
Nice:)
Sounded easy at first, but to get it to sound flawless is harder than I thought

Canis I am happy that someone will have a go with this lesson. This can be a good vibrato exercise. Please post it if you get it done, I'd love to see you playing it

Funny coincidence, I've just recorded some slow ballad soloing as well Emir:). Great job on this one, love your phrasing!
Hi everybody
I have finally managed to produce a slower tempo lesson :) This one sounds like a slow pop-rock in E minor key. Here I tried to demonstrate some easy rock soloing with many long notes and wide vibrato. Vibrato is very important here for the notes sustain and it needs to be consistent. Scale choice is simple. I played E Dorian and E minor pentatonic. There are some aggressive bends which require precise note control. In order to achieve tone color from soft to aggressive many times I switched my pickup position from neck to bridge and back. You can clearly hear when the guitar sound changes and it is also marked in the tab and the GP file.
This lesson will improve your bending, vibrato control, rock licks, slow rock feel, improvisation in Dorian mode.
Enjoy
