WOW, your lesson are always excelent !!! Very interesting the use that you do with minor and major scales, sounds good
Another thing, finally I have bought the Chameleon (I haven't got enought money to get the Prophesy) but the sound is awesome !!! But I cannot record my lesson using it because it will be in my local
Thanks Juan!
Great,Chameleon is awesome unit too.
What do you mean by it'll be in your local?
Awesome Muris - will try this one later (and expect it to be tough!)
Nice Lesson Muris !
One quick one, What kind of music do you typically use thirds in ?
-John
One quick one, What kind of music do you typically use thirds in ?
I think it sounds cool on the piano
Well, you can use it in any style and on any instrument,
all you have to do is to find right spot for it.
Hi Eat-Sleep-and Jam!
I think the main reason why Muris put those thirds
sequences is to force us to change picking direction.
Cheers
I don't change my picking direction when playing this =P
Not really Eddie,I wanted to show you some sequences
instead of playing straight scales up and down.
Picking here is same through whole lesson, starting with downstroke.
But I did talk about changing direction of picking,in lesson Upstroke Focus.
Sorry, I said it wrong.
What I meant by "changing direction" is not always picking 6th string, then 5th, then 4th etc...
I should have said changing string sequence.
Sorry, my fault!
Ahh ok
No need to be sorry tho!
that is just so fantastic !
Great exercise muris (just using it as part of my practice today ) With a little extra learning, this turns into an uber-workout by applying it to all the first position modes.
That's great Tank,glad it's helpful!
yes a very good lesson
This is tougher than it looks, but im glad i have put it in my routine !
Yeah Matt, might be tricky for the first time
but it'll surely help you to be ready for many types of licks latter on!!
ah this is perfect for me! Im not perticularly good with the pick so this will do wonders
Glory to the pick then!
super useful...
if you have time for make more of these level's
exercise, please make another one !
