well, this page popped up when i clicked effects pedals lol so i guess i will do a basic description this is what a real cool one looks like -> user posted image this is a stompbox. a box, that you stomp on, to alter the sound of your guitar (well, if its plugged in y'kno? and on? lol) it adds special effects to your sound and stuff basically...
