Hi Laurent! Welcome to your thread for Gab's Army!
Here I'll share some info about you to have it as reference: Influences: BB king, joe pass, Slash, dave mustaine ,Mikael Åkerfeldt (opeth), eric johnson, bucket head, dimebag diamond darrell, Daniel Gildenlöw (pain of salvation), al pitrelli, and many jazz guitarist Theory Knowledge: scale construction, intervals, chords construction , i can analyse music metrics, ihave a lot to learn, as i have said i started to learn this in september You said that you have around 3 hours per day for practice so you'll be able to work on technique and improvisation stuff as well as learn licks based on your favorite players. During this first week I would suggest a routine based on the things I think you should work more on your own improvisations. I refer to dynamics, vibrato, alternate picking and phrasing. Technique work: (1:30 hour) Bending: https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/ls/String-Bending/ Dynamics: https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/ls/writing_a_solo_dynamics/ Alternate picking: https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/solo-guit...ernate-workout/ Improvisation: (1:30) - Start working on the improvisation course: LINK - Choose a lesson from GMC archive based on a guitarist that you like. Learn the licks, practice them over the backing, create variations, combine them with your own improvisations, record yourself and share your recordings here. These lessons are my suggestions but you can replace any of them if you find another one that fits more which what you'd like to learn. Please share your thoughts!
