Hello folks,
On one of my guitars, (PRS SE Ace) the G string on the 16th fret dies out much quicker than anywhere else, it seems to be holding the note and then it suddenly decays. Is this a job for a tech or is there something I can try? Cheers -------------------- SEE MY GMC CERTIFICATE “Success is not obtained overnight. I don't think it has anything to do with whether the trem is 'blocked' or not.

I don't think it has anything to do with whether the trem is 'blocked' or not. My luthier doesn't either but he said he would lock it and try it, he will try anything he is that fascinated by the problem. I could block it myself I guess but I'm waiting to see what they say tomorrow. -------------------- SEE MY GMC CERTIFICATE “Success is not obtained overnight.
