Easy to combine. Grab a scale or chord progression. I'll use this as an example, G, D, C and E minor.
There's a way of playing a G chord where you hold the note above your pinky (3rd fret. B string) , with your middle finger. When changing to D keep that finger in place. This is called a
Common note. When changing to C, Just change completely, It's all about practice, but most chords have a common note. From C to minor, keep your middle finger on the 3rd fret D string. It should flow pretty smoothly like that. You need to practice chord changes to get them right though.
