Which language do you speak besides the guitar one? smile.gif
Have you tried learning other languages, which ones and did you find them useful?

I can speak only English well besides my native one (Serbian). I studied Russian language in primary school (For 7 years) but I never got into it and I can barely say two words now ;(

I would love to learn German smile.gif

I speak Danish & English, I would love to learn a lot of languages, but currently I just want to learn to play guitar smile.gif, but I have to say being able to speak, type & understand English is probably one of the most useful things that I can smile.gif

Danish + English.

I understand 99% of Swedish + Norwegian and 90% of German.

I tried learning Brazilian Portuguese and Chinese Mandarin, but I can only say stuff like
"I like to play with my little monkey" or "I'm a traffic light" rolleyes.gif

I'm not that much of an foreign language expert, I'm not that great with my native language either biggrin.gif

I try to learn to speak English fluently, so far I'm progressing. dry.gif

I'm currently learning Italian a bit using Rosetta Stone course, it's great smile.gif

I learned German for 10 years, and I can handle the basics, but forgot most of it. rolleyes.gif

Apart from my first language, English, I can understand Arabic and read it okay. I could speak it fluidly about ten years ago but haven't been speaking it much. You know what they say, use it or lose it. I know a little Spanish from working with many Hispanics and know very little German from taking a class.

But I know curse words in many languages biggrin.gif

English
Arabic
Spanish
German
Greek
Russian
Hindu
Urdu
Farsi
Portuguese
Tagalog

Its not my fault, these are the first words everyone teaches me tongue.gif

I can speak English, Japanese, and a little bit of Maori.

I use Japanese because I live in Tokyo, but I have no idea what you could do with it outside of the country.
Actually I lie, if you learn Japanese you can understand some random jokes in South Park.

If I was going to learn another language I think it would be either Mandarin or Spanish, as I could use them the most.

I can speak English, French and of course my native language, Romanian smile.gif

The funny thing though, is that I can use my ears to almost instantaneously pick up the subtleties of a foreign language biggrin.gif I had a girlfriend that studied Japanese smile.gif)) she made me read out of her books just because I sounded exactly like the Japanese people - the only exception being that I HAD NO CLUE to what I was saying biggrin.gif
